How to rate items in our shop?
You have ordered (or been given) something nice from our online shop and would like to share your experiences and opinion?
No problem!
In four steps we will explain to you how you can rate individual items in our online shop, visible to other interested buyers:
1. Visit our website (if you're not already there) and log in to your customer account (if you don't have an account yet, you can create one in a few steps - without an account you can't rate items).
2. Call up the item you want to rate (e.g. the tunic "Juhi").
3. If you now scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will find the heading "Customer reviews" under the item description and below it the button "Your opinion". By clicking on the button "Your opinion" you automatically get to the page where you can rate the article with the award of stars as well as with a specially written text.
As an example and suggestion, you are welcome to look at the articles listed below and their ratings.
4. IMPORTANT! Please make sure that you click on the button "send" after the rating, otherwise all the effort was in vain :)
5. Note: We individually verify reviews of our products to determine whether they were made by a consumer who actually purchased the goods of
or services from us.
